+ your team
We work together. We know real estate and we live architecture. architecture 8’s philosophy of “live architecture” embodies more than just recognizing the aesthetic and functional value of a property. To “live architecture” is to appreciate the unique elements and subtle details of each property and to allow the same to affect and influence one’s life. Get to know us.
Le Corbusier wrote: “You employ stone, wood, and concrete, and with these materials you build houses and places: that is construction… But suddenly you touch my heart, you do me good. I am happy and I say: This is beautiful. That is Architecture.”

we know real estate
From the beach to downtown, our properties and sales showcase some of the finest residences of Los Angeles. Neutra, Marmol Radziner, Paul Williams, Lorcan O'herlihy, Patrick Tighe – we’ve represented or collaborated with the leading firms and contemporaries of our time. We don’t take that lightly.
When we give, we receive. Whether it's donating a portion of our earnings at the close of each transaction or volunteering our time, we make every effort to play an active role in providing for our community. At architecture 8, we don't see those that need help as separate; we are all in this together.
