Ben Eisner, originally from Pittsburgh, earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mathematics at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating, Eisner went to work at Westinghouse Research until he moved to Santa Monica, California to join Scientific Data Systems (SDS) as their Marketing Programmer. After Xerox’s acquisition of SDS, Eisner moved to Xerox’s Medical Division, as Logistics/Distribution Manager. Having developed a reputation for increasing productivity while reducing expenses and improving customer satisfaction, Ben was promoted to Vice President Customer Service at that division, where he remained until his retirement in 1990.
With strong interests in both customer service and finance, Ben chose real estate as his second career. He worked at several real estate giants, but having had 30 years of corporate life he needed an environment where he had direct contact with decision makers. This led him to architecture 8.
With an MBA from UCLA, coupled with his math and computer background, Ben provides his clients with top tier analytical and negotiation skills and utilizes cutting edge computer techniques to provide an overall first-rate experience. Ben values his clients’ time and sincerely believes in providing each of them with superior service.
Ben’s breadth of real estate expertise spans from the mountains to the Pacific.
