November Mcilhargey

November White McIlhargey, an Ohio native, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Miami University. With degree in hand, November began her career as a recruiter and business consultant which provided her with the opportunity to travel the country extensively. A blessing and curse, the large amount of travel caused November to really treasure her time at home.

After visiting almost every part of the country, November settled in Los Angeles in 1999. Shortly thereafter, she combined two of her favorite loves, architecture and house hunting, and found a new career in real estate.

A homeowner and investor in her own right, November believes real estate is not just a business transaction or even the exciting and fulfilling pursuit of helping her clients find a home they love. For November, it’s about appreciating each and every property for its individual offerings, even when the potential may be hidden.

November attributes her success and reputation to her optimistic approach and sincere commitment to helping her clients fulfill their real estate needs and desires.

"My main goal is client satisfaction," says November, who strives to establish an ongoing relationship with each buyer and seller she represents. "I listen to my clients' wants and needs, and often time I am able to realize their desires even if they have not been overtly expressed."

November’s genuine love of real estate and customer satisfaction has brought her a sterling reputation among clients and fellow brokers alike, but she has also garnered admiration from everyone who knows her for the way she lives her life, as a wife, a mother and as an activist for humanitarian/philanthropic causes.

An avid supporter of education, November mentors students at various Los Angeles charter schools and she also serves on a site task force committee identifying permanent locations for future charter schools. Most recently, November and her husband hosted events where a portion of the proceeds went toward the Haiti relief effort.
