Scott Cook, Founder and President of architecture 8, views the real estate world differently. “The business of real estate and a foundation of architecture 8 has never been about the sale. Our model is simple: it’s about the client, about the connection and about understanding the bigger picture,” says Cook who leads by example with a core philosophy of integrity and honesty. “Every deal is treated more like a piece of art rather than a cut-throat, win-lose transaction so often portrayed on television today.”
A California native with an in-depth knowledge of the local Los Angeles market coupled with over 16 years of real estate experience has proven to be a powerful combination. In addition to being an architecture and art enthusiast, Cook is an avid dog lover. On any given day, he and Sidney, his 13-year-old Labrador Retriever, can be found hiking the hills of Franklin or Runyon Canyon.
Cook received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Advertising/Public Relations from Pensacola Christian College. Cook regularly volunteers for Project Angel Food and is an active supporter of a number of local, civic and industry organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and Equality California.
